It is a
database of homebuyers working with real estate agents.
When a homeowner inputs their home’s criteria, the
database of homebuyers is searched for a match. When
a match is made, the homeowner will be given the contact
information for the real estate agent working with
that homebuyer.

Privacy Agreement.
What Personal Information
Do We Collect?
The information we collect helps us connect home buyers
with home sellers resulting in efficient home selling.

HOME BUYERS
Home buyer information that is put into our Database
consists of contact information such as Name, Phone,
and Address. Also included in this information is
Buyer Criteria such as Price Range, Home Type, and
Zip code of the home(s) that the buyer is interested
in. We also retain computer information in the form
of a IP Address which is used for statistical and
user management purposes.
- HOME SELLERS
When a home seller comes to our site their contact
information is optional. If the home seller decides
to fill our information form the data that is put
into our Database consists of contact information
such as Name, Phone, and Address. Also included in
this information is Buyer Criteria such as Price Range,
Home Type, and Zip code of the home(s) that the buyer
is interested in. We also retain computer information
in the form of a IP Address which is used for statistical
and user management purposes.
- REAL ESTATE AGENTS
When agents signup to FBFMH they will be asked for
contact information such as Email Address, NRDS ID,
Company Name, Company Address, Agent Address, and
Agent Contact Phone Number. We also retain computer
information in the form of a IP Address which is used
for statistical and user management purposes.
What Do We Do With The Information We Collect?
The information that is collected is put into a secure
database where it is used to help the home owner to
contact the buyer's agent. The buyer personal information
is never disclosed directly with the home owner all
contact is made through the buyer's contracted agent.
The home owner information is used to contact him
or her through email if a match is made with a potential
buyer.
How is your Information Stored?
All personal information and other data is put into
our secure database that cannot be accessed by the
public or any members of FBFMH, unless they themselves
put the data into the system or if the system administrator
deems it necessary to. Buyer data can be edited only
by the buyer's contracted agent or the system administrator.
Once a buyer becomes inactive in the database he or
she is removed by the contracted agent or the system
administrator.
Do we use cookies?
We do not use cookies, we do not store any information
in the browser, once a member either home buyer, home
seller, or agent is put into the database any temporary
data in the users browser is cleared once they close
their browser.
Who will have access to your Information?
- HOME BUYERS
Only your contracted realtor will have access to your
personal contact information. Your home selection
criteria such as area, price range, home style, and
any other home criteria will be available to the public.
We do not give your personal contact information to
3rd parties.
- HOME SELLERS
None of the home sellers contact information is given
out. It is used for buyer matching and emailing the
home seller when a new buyer was entered into the
system that matches his or her criteria. We do not
give your personal contact information to 3rd parties.
- REAL ESTATE AGENTS
All of the Real Estate agent information will be available
to the public in order to make contact with all parties.
How long will we keep your Information?
- HOME BUYERS
We will keep home buyer information until your contracted
agent removes your account from our database, if your
account becomes older than 30 days then your account
will be moved to our inactive database, or if a system
administrator deems it necessary.
- HOME SELLERS
We will keep your information until the home seller
requests his or her information be removed, or if
a system administrator deems it necessary.
- REAL ESTATE AGENTS
We will keep the Real Estate agent
information until the agent terminates his or her
contract with FBFMH.

REGISTERED HOMEOWNER'S LOG IN
FindABuyerForMyHome.com allows Registered Homeowners
to access their account data to:
- Correct errors you may have overlooked
- Change old data, e.g., price range, email address,
etc.
- Make contact at least every 30 days to prevent automatic
deletion of your account.

when a homeowner's account has not been visited for
20 days, it would be good to log in once a week or
so to prevent our automatic cleaners from removing
